Business Support Administrator

    We are a leading real estate agency with our modern office based in Sydney’s Inner West. Our business is experiencing tremendous growth and we are now looking for a self-motivated, switched-on and dynamic individual to be part of our Business Support Management Team.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite including Access Database
    • Good understanding of Trust Accounting
    • Administration experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organised and a fast learner

    Main responsibilities for this role will include assisting Business Support Manager in the following area:

    • Systematic daily monitoring and tracking of sales progress from reservation to settlement of each property
    • Liaising with Vendors, Vendor’s Solicitors, Purchaser’s Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and other third parties in conjunction with the sales team
    • Tracking of in-coming and out-going deposit
    • Processing paperwork relevant to all aspect of sales
    • Maintaining Database and generating reports
    • Managing customer enquiries and complaints

    In addition, the following attributes would also be desirable:

    • Bilingual (English and Mandarin)
    • Strong time management skill
    • Attention to details with high degree of accuracy
    • Confident to work independently and as a team
    • Experience working in a face-pace and busy environment
    • Understanding the property industry and building completion process from DA to settlement.
